By signing up or accessing the CRM dashboard, you agree to the collection and data practices described herein.
We collect information you supply during signup or settings configuration: Full Name, Email address, Phone number, login credentials, and profile avatars.
To support operations, we collect and store: Contact details, Linked companies and revenues, Deal details (stages, values, items catalog), Task checklists, Custom view configurations, and Communication activities timeline.
We automatically record: IP addresses, login histories, file export records, resource deletions, role modifications, and system configuration modifications.
Your data is used to: Maintain CRM workspace services, Manage user invitations and team roles, Track pipeline goals and task reminders, Validate subscription limits and Stripe payments, Maintain secure audit histories, and Comply with legal requirements.
We use standard browser cookies to preserve login state across sessions, remember custom table column selections, and optimize dashboard layout preferences.
We do not sell, lease or rent customer lists. We share data only with verified sub-processors (hosting providers, billing services) who conform to absolute privacy standards, or under mandatory legal processes.
