Terms & Conditions

By creating a workspace or logging into Infinit CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2.1 Subscription License

We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to access the CRM tools for your organization's internal sales, marketing, and operations. Shared user account details are prohibited.

2.2 Workspace security

You are solely responsible for actions taken within your workspace. Administrators must monitor user invitations, roles permissions, and API key disclosures.

3.1 System Safety

You agree not to scrape contact listings, export logs systematically to bypass limits, inject malicious scripts in custom fields, or exploit system APIs.

3.2 Anti-Spam

Using the CRM email integration to dispatch spam, unsolicited sales offers, or violate local marketing regulations (like CAN-SPAM or GDPR) triggers instant termination.

Certain workspaces plans are subject to recurring monthly/annual fees. Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. Exceeding plan resource limits (users, storage, pipelines, contacts) block additions until upgraded.

To guarantee system safety, you acknowledge that our platform maintains secure audit logs recording logins, record modifications, and user removals. Audit trails cannot be customized or disabled.

Infinit CRM Systems, its directors, and associates shall not be liable for lost profits, data leaks arising from custom scripts, sales deal losses, or pipeline service interruptions.

We reserve the right to alter these terms. Workspace administrators will receive 30 days notice prior to modifications taking effect. Continued platform access constitutes full acceptance.
